concertar un sistema de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios denominada \u201ciguala\u201d en virtud del cual, mediante el pago de una cuota mensual, establecida una vez analizada las necesidades y dimensi\u00f3n de la empresa o cliente, quedan incluidos los servicios jur\u00eddicos previamente pactados entre ambas partes. Con esta f\u00f3rmula las empresas tienen f\u00e1cilmente presupuestados los Honorarios que por servicios Jur\u00eddicos que deber\u00e1n abonar en cada ejercicio.
