Pero, en la sentencia de la A.P. de La Coru\u00f1a, de 07\/12\/2007<\/strong> se considera como una especie de arrendamiento de servicios. Concepto que se define en el art\u00edculo 1544 del C\u00f3digo Civil: \u201cEn el arrendamiento de obras o servicios, una de las partes se obliga a ejecutar una obra o a prestar a la otra un servicio por precio cierto<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

El funcionamiento de la iguala jur\u00eddica podr\u00eda asimilarse al que en otro tipo de servicios se denomina tarifa plana. Obviamente, para que esta figura tenga sentido es preciso que el contrato se realice con una empresa o profesional que tenga necesidad de unos servicios legales de manera regular<\/strong> .
